We are locally owned and operated. This gives the customer the advantage of local decision making during the loan process, eliminating the need to call the home office to approve processing decisions. We are the "home office".
Our company policy is accessibility. Many brokers and banks will take an application, but then are not available to answer your questions while you're waiting for the application to be processed. At Crown Mortgage Associates, LLC we will not only educate you regarding the loan process (making you an informed consumer), but we will be available to answer all of your questions. Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and our phones are forwarded to staff homes evenings and weekends. If a loan officer is not available at any time, it is our policy to return all calls ASAP.

Our History
Crown Mortgage Associates, LLC of Keene, NH was licensed by the New Hampshire Banking Commission in November 1993 as a mortgage banker and broker. Originally formed as a four person partnership, Crown is now owned by Dan and Mary Jane Carey of Richmond, NH. This locally owned, locally operated company has grown steadily during the last five years and employs three people. In 1994, Crown provided over $3,000,000 in residential financing for New Hampshire residents. 2003 volume exceeded $10,500,000. The majority of these loans are conforming, but Crown Mortgage Associates, LLC has helped many borrowers that could not qualify for conforming loans.
Today Crown Mortgage Associates, LLC looks to a bright future in a growing state. Good "quality of life" is something all residents seek, and Crown is proud to be part of helping them reach that goal.
